Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use KinderHaus, a learning platform operated by Azinove from the Kingdom of Bahrain. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

The service

KinderHaus provides adaptive learning lessons, placement, and progress tracking designed for children with special needs. Lessons adjust to each child’s level, and parents receive reports on their child’s progress. The service is provided for personal, educational use by families and, where agreed, by schools and teachers.

Your account

Accounts are created and held by parents or guardians. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, for all activity that happens under your account, and for supervising your child’s use of the platform. Children use KinderHaus within the parent’s session and cannot hold accounts of their own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other families’ data, disrupting or overloading the service, copying or reselling lesson content, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and fees

Access to KinderHaus may be subject to subscription fees as agreed in writing between you (or your school) and Azinove. Any pricing, billing period, and cancellation terms are set out in that written agreement.

Limitation of liability

KinderHaus is an educational support tool, not a substitute for professional therapeutic, medical, or educational advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azinove is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
