KinderHaus is a learning platform for children with special needs, operated by Azinove from the Kingdom of Bahrain. Because our platform is used by children, we keep data collection to the minimum needed to make learning work — and we explain all of it here in plain language.
What we collect
We collect a parent’s email address to create and secure the family account. For each child, we store only a first name and learning progress (which lessons were completed, answers to practice questions, and placement results).
Children do not have accounts or logins of their own. A child always uses the platform inside their parent’s session, so we never collect a child’s email, password, or contact details.
Why we collect it
Learning progress is used for two things: adapting lessons to each child’s level, and showing parents clear progress reports. We do not use this data for anything else.
Where data is stored
All account and progress data is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
No ads, no selling data
KinderHaus shows no advertising, contains no third-party trackers, and never sells or shares family data with advertisers or data brokers.
Voice and audio
Voices you hear in lessons are computer-generated (text-to-speech). We do not record your child’s voice, and the platform does not access your device’s microphone.
Cookies
We use only two kinds of cookies: a session cookie that keeps the parent signed in, and a preference cookie that remembers your chosen language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Parental rights
Parents can ask to see, correct, or permanently delete any data we hold about their family at any time. Send us a request through our contact page and we will respond promptly.
